Tremendously entertaining and very informative. The audience loved it. A rare treat of fun science for everyone, especially for families. A must see!

- Larry K, Cambridge, MA, Mar 20, 2009

Fun for the whole family, this live dramatic performance explores nanoscale science and technology. Dan and Joel are brothers – Dan a know-it-all and Joel a naif – who must deliver a juggling show about atoms, molecules, nanoscale forces and scanning probe microscopy when it is discovered that the scheduled performers – the Nano Brothers – are too small to see.

The performance delivers extraordinary visualizations created through juggling, lighting, and large-scale metaphors, and entertains family audiences through character acting, jokes with various levels of sophistication, stunts, and kid volunteer opportunities. Who knew physics could be this fun? Audience participation is invited, but not required. After the show, get measured in nanometers.

I have never laughed so hard while at the same time learning about science and technology. We went with our family of five and our friends–ages ranging from 2-87 years old. The show held everyone’s attention and left us wanting more!

Bari’s songs are a huge hit with children and adults. Her catchy, pop friendly tunes, interactive live shows & top 10 songs on Sirius XM Kids Place Live have gained her and her band many thousands of young (and not so young!) fans. Their latest album Rock and Roll Garden won the Nappa Gold and Parents’ Choice Award and was picked as top 10 kids album of the year by Time Out Kids. Bari & her career were also featured in the New York Times. Bari’s acclaimed new album Anna and the Cupcakes will be released on Valentine’s Day, 2012.
Also a children’s yoga and music and movement specialist, Bari is also known for writing great music & movement songs for children.

Catch three of her videos airing now on select PBS Kids stations and Comcast on Demand including her #1 kids/yoga music video
“The Sun Dance.”

At Bari’s interactive live shows children may pop like popcorn, surf the waves, run like the gingerbread man and they may learn to “jam with the band.” As seen in many parenting magazines and on FOX-TV Morning Shows.

Refreshing simplicity and tuneful bounce mark this collection of splendid pop-rock songs for the wee set from singer-songwriter Bari Koral, who can write a clap-along song with the best of them (“Clap It!) and capture a young child’s “I’m a big kid now,” lunch-packing pride (“Backpack Song”) with her expressive pop soprano. Koral’s celebrations of the first day of school, best friends, colors and the “Big Sounds” of fire truck and train are pitch-perfect. Don’t be surprised if the irresistible “Hey Ducky” becomes a family anthem.

http://treetopartists.com/wp-content/uploads/vanessa-trien-t.jpg

Boston-based singer-songwriter and children’s performer, Vanessa Trien, has become a local rock star among the young and young at heart. The “Nessa Groupies” sing and dance in the aisles at her packed shows with her lively band, the Jumping Monkeys, and can’t get enough of her two award-winning children’s CDs, ‘Carnival Day’ and ‘Hot Air Balloon.’

As Boston Children’s Music puts it, “Vanessa’s shows are perfect. It’s hard to explain and I can’t quite put my finger on what it is they do differently, but whatever it is, it really gets the kids (and parents) excited!…She has some sort of magical energy that makes all of her shows super fun…”

Growing up in New York City, Vanessa Trien cut her musical teeth on family folk sing-alongs, but she blossomed while living in Costa Rica, singing, recording, and performing with an Afro-Caribbean band and later writing and performing her own material. A subsequent move to Boston introduced Trien into the heart of New England’s thriving folk music scene.

Like many of the moms here in Brookline, I have a minor obsession with Vanessa Trien. It’s not just because she’s an incredible musician who has followed her dreams and released two outstanding albums for children. It’s not just because she has a beautiful smile and a wonderful way with kids. It’s not just because she’s a warm, kind and generous person. It’s not just because her voice is like warm honey. It’s not just because my son and my nephew are both mini-groupies. It’s the sum of all these things that make her such a special part of our community…

GRAMMY-nominated children’s musician Zak Morgan delights children and parents alike with his interactive live performances. Morgan’s story-songs are filled with rich vocabulary and wordplay, and he uses music and humor as vehicles to encourage children to read books, use their imaginations, and believe in themselves.

Morgan’s debut album, Bloom, was met nationally with rave reviews and awards, and his second CD, When Bullfrogs Croak, was nominated for a 2003 GRAMMY award, a rare feat for an independent release. Morgan’s latest project, The Candy Machine, is a poetic concept album for the entire family in which the precocious Suzy and her younger brother Joe embark on a selfish search for the elusive Island of Sugar but wind up finding the Golden Rule instead.

Morgan has performed more than 1,400 concerts throughout the United States in schools, libraries and theaters since 1999 and his shows are always uplifting, educational, and fun for all ages.
